Cut of electricity supply can be caused by different reasons. It could be caused by minor or more substantial faults in the electric network, but as well by fault in your house. 2. Is electricity supply interrupted in the whole residential area? Call to Customer service on fault notice! If the power supply is interrupted in the entire region switch on a radio operating on batteries and adjust it to the local broadcasting station. Thus it may be clarified if there is a major fault or damage.
A feasible compensation for the facility or property damage due to the outage of electricity supply is provided by normative documents and the general provisions of the agreement.
