The public limited company Latvenergo AS (hereinafter – the Company) is an energy power supply enterprise engaged in the generation of electricity and thermal energy, electricity trade, as well as the provision of IT and telecommunication services.
Latvenergo AS is one of the largest corporate entities in Latvia. Latvenergo AS is heading a corporate group. Latvenergo Group also includes five subsidiaries: Latvijas elektriskie tīkli AS, Sadales tīkls AS (DSO), Latvenergo Kaubandus OÜ, LatvenergoPrekyba UAB and Liepājas enerģija SIA.
Latvenergo AS is a shareholder in two associated companies ”Nordic Energy Link” AS (Estonia) and ”Pirmais Slēgtais Pensiju Fonds” AS.
